*The walking track to Cathedral Cove is currently closed, but we highly recommend to take the water taxi or a guided kayak tour from Hahei Beach to Cathedral Cove. These are the only two ways to actually set foot on land at this famous beach. We are happy to assist booking either of these. If neither of them operate on the day of your tour (usually due to dangerous sea conditions), we will recommend other beautiful walks in Hahei to you, such as to the end of the beach and up the hill of Te Pare Historic Reserve to an old Maori Pa Site, offering fantastic views over the rocky coast and the Pacific Ocean.

**For Hot Water Beach, we will provide up to two spades per group for your convenience free of charge.
